How does the installment plan work?
If available, installment plans are a great way to spread out your payments over a period of a few months. With this option, you will pay $33 upon purchase, and receive two more invoices within a 30-day interval in November and December for the remaining two installments of $33. Installment plans are only available for a limited amount of time. Please also note that payments are non-refundable.
What happens if a customer’s payment for subscription fails?
If a customer’s payment fails, you will receive an email notification with an a link to update your billing information. The charge will be attempted again after five days, and then for a final time five days after that. If the payment fails for a third time, the order and subscription will be cancelled. You may update your payment information in the Customer Account any time.
What types of lessons will the course offer?
Our intention is to help you explore different types of mediums through a variety of projects. In your course you will create projects in our favorite six art forms: paper designs, clay, mixed media, fiber, jewelry, and painting.
How advanced are the lessons?
This course is suitable for all artistic levels. Whether you are just starting out to explore your creative side, or are a seasoned artist, the course will certainly engage your skills. Don't be shy to join us!
Are lessons self-paced?
It is completely up to you. Our lessons can be completed as they are being released, or you may self-pace through the year - you are in charge of your own schedule :). Do keep in mind, however, that our instructors are only actively available to you to answer any questions or concerns for the two weeks following the release of their lesson. You will, however, have access to the exclusive Facebook Group where your peers and our creative team will be supporting your efforts throughout the entire year.
What if I need help during a lesson?
Our artists will be actively available to you for the two weeks following the release of their lesson. During that time you will be able to ask them questions and get their help and support.
Will I be able to share my projects with others?
We would love for you to share your projects! Once you purchase the course, you will be invited to join an exclusive Facebook community of your fellow Art Walk Alchemy students and instructors. There you will be able to ask questions and share photos of your projects. We would also love for you to share your creations on your own social media accounts, tagging both Mystic Spring Studios and your instructor in those posts.
Will I be able to download videos or save them to watch later?
Absolutely! All videos will be available for download. You will also have unlimited access to these lessons within Art Walk Alchemy through December 31 of the year after your art retreat ends.
When will I receive course access CODE?
Just prior to course launch, you will receive an email with a password to access your lessons. When purchasing, provide us with a good email address when purchasing your course and make sure that you add firstname.lastname@example.org to your list of approved emails.
How will I access my lessons?
You will access the lessons through the Art Walk Alchemy page via the Courses tab on our website, and then entering a password we sent out prior to course launch.
The course has launched, but I cannot see all lessons...
Lessons are released on a schedule so that you are not overwhelmed. Think of this as Christmas every other week!
